Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzq Al-Jlmn / M / 23 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzdhwa.
Examination : M.R.I. of Both Hips & Pelvic Bones.

CLINICAL PROFILE :

Alleged H/O vehicular accident 8 months back with pain in the region of the left hip.
Tenderness at the left ischial tuberosity.

EXAMINATION :

M.R.I of both hips and pelvic bones was performed using the following parameters :

6 mm thick T1 Weighted and STIR coronal images.

7 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted (with fat saturation) axial images.

7 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted (with fat saturation) sagittal images.

OBSERVATION :

The visualized bones of the pelvis show normal alignment and signal characteristics. There is no bone erosion or destruction seen. No obvious soft tissue mass lesion is identified. The visualized hip joints, sacro-iliac joints and the symphysis pubis are unremarkable.

No obvious intrapelvic abnormality is detected on this study.

IMPRESSION :

No significant abnormality is detected on this study.
